Our History
Elite Fast Medical Weight Loss is part of Elite Health Center, an upscale medical facility that was founded by dedicated doctors desiring to provide excellent care and medical programs to the people of South Florida. The medical weight loss program developed from a desire to address obesity and poor nutrition that were both major causes of health problems. Beyond the obvious health benefits of weight loss, our doctors believed that accomplishing weight loss objectives also helped to develop self-esteem, confidence, and encouraged more activity and a sense of well being. In short, our doctors believe that our medical weight loss programs can truly be life changing.
From these desires and convictions a commitment was made to provide quick and healthy weight loss solutions. This commitment has led us to offer the best and safest medical weight loss programs which include our HCG protocol and Phentermine programs. Our programs are meant to not only help patients lose weight, but to keep it off for years and years.

Dr. Elissa Calapai
Dr. Elissa Calapai’s extensive experience and passion for helping patients transform their bodies and lives make Dr. Calapai a highly sought after age management and medical weight loss doctor. Dr. Calapai is Cenegenics-trained, and has solely dedicated her practice to accomplishing life-changing outcomes for her patients through Nutrition and Exercise, Age Management and Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, since 2007. BS in Biology from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT. Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University: College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Post-graduate training: internship at Miami Heart Institute and a residency in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic (FL and OH). From 2001 to 2005 Dr. Calapai practiced both office and hospital based Internal Medicine at North Broward Hospital District, and at Holy Cross Medical Group from 2005 to 2007.
Krishna Vattamparambil, Physician Assistant
Krishna Vattamparambil, a Certified Physician Assistant collaborating with Dr. Ellisa Calapai (Cenegenics trained physician) to help patients optimize their body inside and out, while achieving their weight loss and anti-aging goals. Krishna has truly dedicated himself to a life of fitness and wellness. When he’s not helping patients achieve body-change and better health, he continually educates himself on current, leading-edge exercise physiology and nutritional science. His passion lies in educating patients, family and friends on simple ways to improve their overall health. In more recent years he has been focusing on modern medical treatments using Bio-identical Hormone Optimization, Peptides, Weight Loss medications, and other natural agents to help people achieve their desired body and health. As an Advanced-Aesthetic Injector, he also performs cosmetic treatments such as botox , dermal fillers and much more.
